Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the warehouse inspects the items.
